Net Teacher

Hello everyone. My name is Miss Leigh Brown and I am the new NET teacher at Kwok Man School. This is a very exciting time and I am very happy to be working with such wonderful students and teachers.

I am from a country called Scotland. Scotland is part of the United Kingdom and can be found north of England. Although my country is small we have our own flag, money and government.

I enjoy travelling and have lived in many countries such as Egypt, Vietnam and Greece. I used to teach Scuba diving and I have swum beside lots of fantastic creatures like Turtles, Groupers, Barracuda and Stingrays.

This year we will be making use of drama in the classroom. Drama is a great way to get students involved in English; it builds confidence and allows students to practice their pronunciation. Drama has many benefits and is an awesome way to introduce students to public speaking, it is also great fun!
